. Come mingle and enjoy a cool treat, with 20% of proceeds back to the WT PTO (just mention your order is part of the fundraiser!).

(after early release on last day) - Celebrate a wonderful school year with us at our Party on the Wayne Thomas Blacktop. The Kona Ice truck will be serving up shaved ice delights - our treat! (NOTE: THIS IS NOT A DROP OFF EVENT. All students must be picked up at dismissal at 1:40pm and remain supervised during this event.)

Back to School shopping just got easier! Wayne Thomas is partnering with Teacher Tailored Supplies to offer parents a convenient way to pre-purchase school supplies for the 2022-2023 school year.

"The Balance Project" - Free Parent Seminar for NSSD 112 Parents
The Balance Project is offering a free three-part workshop on mental health, free to all D112 families, with a focus on Hidden Disabilities.
Learn about common traits shared by children diagnosed with ADHD and/or anxiety. Hear from parents in our community and their journey to meet the mental health needs of their own children.

FOOD DAYS ARE BACK & READY TO ORDER!!!
Hot lunch for your child(ren) every day! Lunch Solutions, a professional school lunch management company,
is being used to place orders and deliver lunches easily to Wayne Thomas Elementary School.
Help us support our Wayne Thomas PTO and local restaurants ! It's a win-win and you don't have to pack a lunch.
Lunch orders are due a minimum of one week prior; EVERY FRIDAY BY 9:30AM for the following week.
If your child is absent and you would like to pick up their lunch please notify Lizie Lazar or Shira Gaule by 9am that day, or your child's lunch will be put in the teachers lounge for a hungry staff member.

Lunch Solutions Ordering Instructions
- After accessing the Lunch Solutions Home Page, click on login on the upper right corner.
- Go to “CREATE NEW ACCOUNT”Enter User (Email) and Password of your choice.
- Go to the PLACE ORDER tab. Click ADD to enter your student/s.
- NOTE: LAST NAME IS FIRST ON THE SCREEN.This is the section which allows ordering.
- Please make sure you enter your students GRADE LEVEL as lunches will be served accordingly.
- Without this information we cannot guarantee correct delivery.
Your student's name should be on the screen.
Click on the name and choose the Start Shopping button below the name/s.
Add items to your shopping cart by clicking on the entrée you would like to order from the calendar.
You can choose as many days to order as you like.
Initial Ordering will open August 13th and close at 10:00 am on Friday, August 20th for the following week.
When you are finished choosing lunch items, hit Review Cart button located under the calendar items. Please check that your order is correct. You can Remove items from this screen or hit the X in upper right corner to go back to the ordering calendar.
After reviewing Click the Continue to Payment Button.
At the Payment screen you can choose to pay with a check or Credit Card (Note:there is a 2.9% service fee for credit card payments). Just click on the button of your choice.
NOTE: Checks must be mailed to Lunch Solutions and received within a week of order placement. Late payments will result in ordering and lunch service cancellation.
Then hit the PLACE ORDER button. Your order is not placed until you do!
Print your order for reference, download it into your calendar or log in later to view your serving dates.
Your order/s will appear on the screen under the Orders and Payments screen when placed.
