We're looking for two Grade Level Coordinators per grade to help build a strong connection between families, teachers, administration, and the PTO. Grade Coordinators play an important role in fostering communication, coordinating volunteers, welcoming new families, and helping create memorable experiences throughout the school year.
As a Grade Coordinator, you may:
- Serve as a liaison between families, teachers, and the PTO.
- Coordinate classroom volunteers, celebrations, and enrichment activities.
- Help with Teacher Appreciation and other special events.
- Share volunteer opportunities and important reminders with families.
- Welcome new families and encourage parent involvement.
- Help recruit volunteers for PTO events.
