Parents, join us for a Halloween Service Project that combines a little Halloween spirit with a lot of heart! Students will kick things off by learning the iconic Thriller dance with Jennifer Eason, then put that same energy into making fleece blankets for Project Linus. Sign up for a 30-minute slot below for a spooky good time!
As part of our Halloween Service Project, students will work together to make fleece blankets for Project Linus. They provide handmade blankets to comfort children experiencing a crisis in their lives. Our students will have the opportunity to help other children through a thoughtful, hands-on act of kindness.
With support from parent volunteers and staff, students will help finish the blankets by tying the fringe. The completed blankets will be donated to the Project Linus Chicagoland chapter. This project gives our Wildcats a meaningful way to practice compassion, teamwork, and responsibility while bringing warmth and comfort to children who need it.
